What’s Growing in Our Fields

Every season brings something a little different to the farm. Some crops come in early, some only show up for a short stretch, and some keep the market tables full for weeks at a time.

From berries and melons to corn, potatoes, squash, greens, and field vegetables, much of what you’ll find here starts right in our own soil.

Farming moves with timing, weather, soil, and the natural pace of each crop. Some produce is best enjoyed soon after harvest, while other crops are gathered, cured, stored, or brought into the market over a longer stretch.

What you see in the market reflects what is in season, what is ready in the fields, and what has been harvested and handled to keep its quality.
